NBE designs, engineers, and manufactures application-specific bulk material processing, packaging, and reclamation equipment, systems, and projects for customers around the globe. SUMMARY
We are looking for a senior-level Project Manager to direct project activities affiliated with the design and construction of NBE custom-built machinery. The PM will work in cooperation with sales, customers, engineers, and the machine assembly team to ensure projects move smoothly through all phases of design, development, and delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Manages all aspects (scope, schedule, cost, quality, change orders) of multiple projects, from kickoff to machine start-up. Projects may vary in complexity and lead time.
  • Maintains regular communications with NBE internal and customer stakeholders.
  • Reviews mechanical and electrical drawings to ensure they adhere to project scope and specifications.
  • Ensures the efficient integration of NBE equipment with the customer's process.
  • Travels to support customer installation and start-up of machinery (less than 10% travel).

A senior-level PM will also be able to:
  • Communicate about and understand complex, engineered-to-application systems with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic functionality.
  • Identify potential issues with the design, materials, or integration plans.
  • Recommend process improvements, when applicable.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in project management required
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
