Job description

As an Integration Leader, you will be the central point of coordination, accountability, and communication between architecture & engineering design and construction management โ€” keeping Single Point Delivery projects aligned on scope, cost, schedule, and quality from pursuit through closeout. You'll lead integration across architects, engineers, consultants, and Project Managers, while personally driving execution on the firm's most complex, high-profile client engagements.

This role offers the chance to shape how Progressive Companies delivers fully integrated projects at scale, mentor the next generation of project leaders, and grow toward broader operational leadership.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

1. Lead the integration of design and construction teams from pursuit through closeout. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and communication protocols across architects, engineers, consultants, and construction teams, ensuring design decisions align with constructability, budget, schedule, and operational requirements on every Single Point Delivery project.

2. Set the standard for project management execution across the portfolio. Provide leadership and oversight for the Construction Project Manager team, establishing and enforcing consistent tools and best practices for scope, schedule, cost reporting, change management, and documentation โ€” proactively resolving issues before they affect cost, schedule, or quality.

3. Personally lead the firm's most complex, high-profile client engagements. Serve as the hands-on project manager and senior relationship owner on flagship accounts, driving high-stakes scope, budget, schedule, and risk decisions from planning through closeout while sustaining executive-level client satisfaction.

4. Own design management and constructability across all project phases. Lead constructability reviews and risk assessments at key design milestones, ensuring every design change is evaluated for cost, schedule, and downstream impact before approval and every document set is coordinated and buildable.

5. Ensure a seamless handoff from preconstruction to execution. Confirm that project assumptions, budgets, schedules, and risks are clearly communicated to and understood by execution teams, maintaining continuity of project intent from design through construction.

6. Build the bench for the project management organization. Mentor project managers and staff, support talent development and succession planning, and continuously improve integration workflows and delivery processes, drawing on 10+ years of design and construction leadership and deep Single Point Delivery expertise.
