The Senior Project Manager is entrusted with leading the delivery of the organization's complex, high-value, and strategically critical projects, typically with a scope ranging from $30M-$70M. This senior-level position demands strong project leadership, cross-functional insight, and the ability to navigate complex environments with influence and precision. The Senior Project Manager brings significant expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change leadership. A key focus of this role is building and sustaining strong, trust-based relationships with customers. This role will serve as a strategic partner who ensures alignment between project outcomes and client expectations. While operating without direct supervisory responsibilities, the Senior Project Manager leverages influence, credibility, and deep domain knowledge to: Guide project teams through ambiguity and complexity throughout a project life cycle.
