The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88,400-$125,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules, risk registers, and budgets, utilizing defined project management techniques and tools.
  • Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Develop and implement resource management plans, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of project resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical path activities, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules.
  • Manage dependencies between project tasks and activities, ensuring seamless integration and timely completion.
  • Ensure contractual schedule alignment with all stakeholders throughout the project life cycle
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans, ensuring effective and timely communication with all stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, proactively addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Manage vendor performance, monitoring adherence to contractual obligations and resolving any issues or disputes with stakeholder support
  • Review and implement contract management plans, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage change orders and contract modifications, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to approved funding levels.
  • Track project expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain budget compliance.
  • Develop and implement cost control measures, maximizing project value and minimizing waste.
  • Forecast project costs and resource needs, supporting accurate budgeting and financial planning.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations, providing insights into project financial performance.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Proactively identify potential problems and develop contingency plans to minimize impact on project deliverables.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts, facilitating collaborative solutions and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Escalate risks and issues to senior management, as appropriate, providing recommendations for resolution.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in material handling industry.
