About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team in Tampa, FL. This role is critical in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products that empower our customers and shape the future of retail and restaurant experiences.

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

LOCATION: 5 days onsite, Tampa headquarters

DUTIES: Own and evolve Mad Mobile’s restaurant POS ecosystem, including Online Ordering, Reporting, and Kitchen Systems.

Drive innovation while ensuring continuity of mission-critical systems, including proprietary integration logic and restaurant workflows.

Lead development and scaling of Handheld POS (mobile POS), applying specialized understanding of POS workflows and transaction logic from order entry through reporting.

Oversee Back-of-House systems (reporting, staff management, admin portal, Kitchen Display Systems) ensuring accuracy, enterprise scalability, and synchronization with Front-of-House systems.

Translate customer and market requirements into actionable product strategies, with deep knowledge of SMB and mid-market restaurant workflows.

Commercialize and launch features using established release planning, training, and adoption processes, ensuring seamless rollout across thousands of locations.

Apply AI innovation to product development, including: AI-based personalization in handheld POS, online ordering, and guest engagement; Prototyping AI-driven demand forecasting, intelligent ordering flows, and predictive reporting; Leveraging AI tools for market analysis and product strategy.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related.

Nine (9) years in any occupation with product management experience in restaurant technology, POS systems, or SaaS platforms.
