Job description

Workday Platform and Integration Product Manager

Location: Virtual

Aon’s Consumer Solutions practice is an integral component of Aon Health Solutions, helping clients promote and protect financial wellbeing by extending their benefits portfolios to support a variety of benefits and enrollment and communications strategies. We deliver quality services with a deep focus on the employee experience. We touch over 3 million consumers across 1,000+ clients educating and helping them enroll in benefits.  

What the day will look like

The Workday Platform and Integration Product Manager will be responsible for supporting new enhancements, support implementations, and drive business value creation for Aon Benefit Enrollment Experience for Workday. Your expertise is critical in enabling the seamless business needs to support our clients understanding of the value of our solution and drive critical enhancements to expand the value proposition of all Workday Solutions within the Consumer Solutions business.

Aon has partnered with Workday to build the only fully integrated enrollment solution for Workday, leveraging API connectivity for a seamless, real-time data exchange. The Aon Benefit Enrollment Experience for Workday engages employees, providing a dynamic educational journey with consumer-tested multimedia content and decision support.

 
Job Responsibilities:

Workday integration Ownership

  • Drive the prioritization and execution of product features and key initiatives tied to the Workday platform and into Consumer Solutions Platforms.
  • Liaise with the Business Subject Matter Experts to understand business need and act as the Workday integration expert.
  • Guide the Business team with best practices and native features of the Workday platforms.
  • Create/configure Proof of Concept solutions through delivery to drive value proposition that make meaningful impacts to clients.
  • Drive the expansion of the portfolio with Workday Wellness
  • Deliver solutions within Workday to support revenue recognition in a more seamless way across clients

How this opportunity is different

You’ll be directly impacting the enhancements and process efficiencies attached to Sales and operational component within the Business. You’ll have the opportunity to share expertise and value in this complex and continually evolving space.

Education / Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Certifications in areas such as:  

Product strategy or product management, Agile / Scrum methodologies, Data analytics, API architecture, Digital transformation frameworks.

Required Experience:

Experience with HCM benefits administration platforms, HRIS integrations, or health engagement platforms

5+ years of Workday Benefits module Certified with technical API implementations.

Excellent understanding of Sales and Product Operations modules within Workday.

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $140k-$160k annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.  The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive [an annual discretionary bonus] in addition to base salary.  The amount of any [bonus]  varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
