Senior Integration Product Manager
About Lamina
Lamina is transforming commercial lending through a collaborative SaaS platform that simplifies multi-lender transactions. We empower financial institutions with intuitive tools to syndicate and participate in deals securely and efficiently.
Position Overview
Lamina is seeking an experienced Senior Integration Product Manager to lead the development, roadmap, and client enablement of Lamina's integration features. This role will initially focus on Lamina's nCino integration package, serving as the bridge between clients, implementation teams, developers, Design, QA, and internal stakeholders to ensure the product meets the needs of financial institutions using nCino and Salesforce.
Over time, this role may expand to support additional integration products, platform capabilities, and client-facing solutions across Lamina's product portfolio. The ideal candidate has broad integration experience with banking platforms, particularly core banking systems, along with strong product management fundamentals, implementation experience, and a working understanding of banking workflows, especially within Capital Markets.
Key Responsibilities
As the Integration Product Manager, you will:
  • Lead requirements gathering, product discovery, and roadmap development for Lamina's integration products, with an initial focus on the nCino integration package.
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing enhancements, client needs, implementation feedback, technical dependencies, and long-term product goals.
  • Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, implementation teams, and technical teams to identify product needs and translate them into clear requirements.
  • Work with developers and integration teams to define, build, test, and release new features, product enhancements, and integration capabilities.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, configuration guidance, and release documentation.
  • Support clients using Lamina's integration products, including communicating product updates, mapping changes, release notes, version changes, and enhancement details.
  • Support implementation teams deploying Lamina's integration products at new clients, helping ensure implementations are efficient, consistent, and scalable.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Lamina's integration capabilities, including how they support nCino, Salesforce, and related banking workflows.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, stakeholder reviews, and product demos.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation efficiency, product scalability, client usability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate with client teams, implementation consultants, solution architects, engineering resources, Design, and QA to resolve issues and define future enhancements.
  • Ensure integration products meet established design, usability, quality, testing, and release standards.
  • Gather feedback from clients and implementation teams to inform future product direction and continuous improvement.
  • Help establish repeatable product processes, documentation standards, and enablement materials for Lamina's integration products.

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience configuring or implementing nCino and/or the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong understanding of product management practices, including requirements gathering, roadmap development, backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
  • Prior experience supporting or participating in Salesforce, nCino, or integration-focused implementations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across client, business, implementation, product, and technical teams.
  • Experience working with developers or technical teams to deliver platform, product, or integration-based features.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities across clients, releases, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in an agile delivery environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with banking processes, especially commercial lending, relationship management, onboarding, or Capital Markets workflows.
  • Familiarity with integration packages, managed packages, APIs, data mapping, middleware concepts, or enterprise integration patterns.
  • Experience writing release notes, client-facing documentation, implementation guides, configuration instructions, or enablement materials.
  • Prior consulting, financial services technology, or banking implementation experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator, nCino, or related certifications are a plus.
