Integration Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the process of combining systems, teams, or operations during business mergers, acquisitions, or the adoption of new technologies. They ensure that different business units, IT systems, or organizational processes work seamlessly together, minimizing disruption and maximizing efficiency. Integration Managers collaborate with various departments, manage timelines, and address challenges that arise during the integration process. Their goal is to align resources, standardize procedures, and achieve the strategic objectives of the integration.

The Senior SAP EWM / Manufacturing Integration Lead is accountable for driving operational excellence through hands-on support and optimization of SAP S/4HANA, with primary focus on Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and integration with manufacturing (PP/PTM processes). This role plays a critical part in stabilizing and enhancing Alcami’s SAP landscape following our recent RISE with SAP go-live.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on practitioner who works directly in the system to support warehouse execution and production material flow, partnering closely with Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT. This individual will lead day-to-day EWM execution, troubleshoot integration issues, implement practical improvements, and help evolve Alcami’s manufacturing and warehouse processes into a scalable, reliable operating model.

  • 100% on-site position
  • 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

  • Act as the hands-on functional owner for SAP EWM and manufacturing integration in a live S/4HANA RISE environment, directly supporting warehouse execution and production material flow.
  • Configure, support, and optimize SAP EWM processes including inbound/outbound, staging, goods issue/receipt, batch handling, replenishment, and physical inventory.
  • Support end-to-end manufacturing integration with SAP PP (PP-PI), including process order staging, component consumption, finished goods receipt, and warehouse-to-production movements.
  • Work directly with warehouse supervisors, production teams, quality, and supply chain to resolve day-to-day operational issues and implement practical system improvements.
  • Lead hands-on troubleshooting of EWM and PP integration issues, including stock inconsistencies, staging failures, batch problems, and execution errors.
  • Gather requirements, perform configuration changes, and deliver enhancements focused on improving warehouse execution, inventory accuracy, and production readiness.
  • Own EWM-related incidents and enhancements from intake through resolution, including root cause analysis and documentation.
  • Partner with ABAP and integration resources to define functional specifications for reports, interfaces, and Fiori apps tied to warehouse and manufacturing execution.
  • Execute and support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT; actively participate in defect resolution.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and provide training to business users.
  • Ensure processes meet cGMP/GxP requirements and support validation activities as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement by reducing manual workarounds, strengthening process discipline, and improving system adoption across warehouse and manufacturing operations.
  • Support ongoing SAP stabilization efforts and future warehouse optimization initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • SAP EWM certification strongly preferred (or equivalent hands-on EWM implementation experience).
7+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including 3+ years in S/4HANA environments.
  • Strong functional expertise in SAP EWM configuration and execution, with proven experience integrating EWM with manufacturing (PP / PP-PI / process orders).
  • Practical experience supporting warehouse execution tied to manufacturing, including staging, goods issue/receipt,
  • batch handling, replenishment, and physical inventory.
Demonstrated experience supporting SAP go-lives and post–go-live stabilization, preferably within RISE with SAP environments.
  • Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, CDMO) strongly required.
  • Working knowledge of SAP integration tools, Fiori apps, and interfaces (IDoc/BAPI).
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues directly in SAP and drive issues through resolution.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of warehouse execution and manufacturing integration within SAP, including PTM process flows, shop-floor material movement, and inventory control.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into practical SAP EWM solutions that improve execution, data quality, and compliance.
  • Hands-on approach to system support, configuration, and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in documentation, process mapping, SOP development, and end-user training.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across Manufacturing, Warehouse Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT.
  • High attention to detail, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and reporting skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid business acumen with the ability to balance system design with operational realities.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity with a strong work ethic.
