JM Test Systems is in a high-growth phase, expanding throughacquisitions and new site launches. We are seeking an Operational Integration Manager to lead the structured integration of newlyacquired businesses and support the successful launch of new locations acrossour network.
This role is designed for a high-potential individualcontributor who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership ofprojects, and is looking to grow into an overall operational leadershipexecutive path. You will play a critical role in driving structure, alignment,and operational consistency across multiple locations while working closelywith frontline teams and leadership.
What You'll Own
Integration & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and operations
  • Partner with site leadership to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption
  • Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks to scale future integrations

Operational Structure & Improvement
  • Bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational improvements
  • Standardize processes and strengthen execution across locations

Change Leadership & Influence
  • Build trust quickly with frontline technicians and local leadership
  • Clearly communicate the "why" behind changes to drive alignment and adoption

What We're Looking For
Experience & Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; MBA a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or similar environments
  • Proven ownership of projects and ability to drive execution
  • Experience with integrations, operational excellence, or project management (PMP a plus)
  • Familiarity with calibration, M&A integration, or lean manufacturing is a strong advantage
