MANTECH seeks a mission-driven Integration Engineer to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.
This role plays a vital part in designing and implementing integrated solutions that bridge systems, processes, and technologies to enable agile and resilient logistics and sustainment operations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Plan, design, implement, and manage integrated systems supporting end-to-end logistics and sustainment operations.
  • Enable interoperability between commercial and military logistics systems through Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), common data standards, and modular interface solutions.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering, supply chain, operations, and mission teams to ensure real-time asset visibility and tracking.
  • Develop technical integration plans that address constraints of low-bandwidth, denied, degraded, and disrupted environments.
  • Support the deployment and sustainment of systems used in prepositioned posture locations, expeditionary base operations, and dynamic logistics hubs.
  • Participate in design and execution of integration strategies for Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE), JOPT, and theater-specific logistics tools.
  • Support the planning and delivery of supply chain automation, predictive analytics, and mission-enabling technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field
  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
  • 9+ years of experience in systems integration, with 4+ years emphasis on logistics or sustainment environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices, DevSecOps, and rapid prototyping.
  • Familiarity with DoD IT systems, transport layer protocols, and cybersecurity compliance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Knowledge of DoD logistics systems including GCSS, JPAS, and service-specific sustainment tools.
  • Strong understanding of data interoperability, EDI, and system-to-system interfaces in distributed architectures.
  • Background in distributed system architecture, including edge computing and low-signature communication systems.
  • PMP or systems engineering certification (e.g., INCOSE CSEP) is a plus.

Clearance Requirements:
  • Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $128,000.00-$214,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
