Required Qualifications
*) Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Public Health, Business, or related field
*) 5+ years project management experience, ideally in software implementations for public records, registry, or healthcare systems
*) PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
*) Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
*) Proven experience with ALM tool sets
*) Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations, and database technologies
*) Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
*) Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
*) Experience with training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
