About the Opportunity

Reliance One is seeking a Data Migration & Software Integration Specialist to support an innovative team in Georgetown, Kentucky. This role is ideal for a technology professional with expertise in Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise data migration who enjoys helping organizations optimize and modernize their data environments.


The successful candidate will play a key role in leading large-scale data migration initiatives, developing reporting solutions, and enabling teams to effectively leverage modern data tools and enterprise applications.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support enterprise data migration initiatives involving large data volumes (approximately 6–7 TB).
  • Plan and execute data cleanup, organization, and migration activities across multiple target systems.
  • Develop and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Utilize SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
  • Prepare, organize, and optimize complex datasets for business use.
  • Guide and support a team of approximately 50 members through data migration and ongoing data management activities.
  • Select and apply appropriate methodologies for enterprise application implementations.
  • Enable teams to maximize the value of business data through improved organization and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and reduce project lead times.
  • Support innovation initiatives through the use of Microsoft technologies and AI-driven tools.
  • Demonstrate previously developed systems or applications as part of project collaboration and knowledge sharing.


Please Note: This role is focused on data migration and software integration. Hands-on software coding or traditional application development is not the primary responsibility.


Required Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and report development.
  • Experience with Power Apps and Power BI application development.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 (Office 365) ecosystem.
  • Experience working with:

  • Azure
  • Forma (Autodesk Construction Cloud)
  • Ability to manage and prepare large volumes of enterprise data.
  • Experience performing large-scale data migrations and data cleanup projects.

  • Experience developing AI tools or AI-enabled business solutions.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Must be prepared to discuss or demonstrate examples of previously developed systems or applications.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within a Scrum or Agile development environment.
  • Experience building applications using Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Forma) and BIM Models.
  • Automotive manufacturing experience.
  • Manufacturing, engineering, or construction industry experience.
  • Construction industry knowledge is considered a plus.
