Our Process Integration team plays a critical role in advancing next generation DRAM technologies from development into high-volume manufacturing. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will work with an industry-leading team to enable advanced DRAM technologies in a manufacturing environment. This role offers hands‑on experience in semiconductor process integration, electrical data analysis, yield optimization, and cross-functional problem solving. You will have the opportunity to drive process improvements, influence product performance, and help accelerate technology scaling through engineering excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Enable next generation DRAM technologies in manufacturing and support yield ramp activities
  • Analyze electrical and inline process data to identify yield detractors, process excursions, and improvement opportunities
  • Optimize process integration flows and device structures to enhance yield, performance, and manufacturability
  • Monitor manufacturing performance and ensure process specifications and structural integrity meet production requirements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with CMOS technology and semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals
  • Knowledge of semiconductor process modules such as CMP, thin films, etch, and photolithography
  • Understanding of memory technologies including DRAM, NAND, and NOR
  • Experience with statistical data analysis and problem‑solving methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry experience in process integration, process development, or yield engineering
  • Knowledge of advanced DRAM technologies and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with advanced CMOS process integration and technology optimization
  • Experience using AI-assisted analytics to enhance data interpretation, anomaly detection, and yield improvement initiatives
  • PhD in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related field
