RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Director of Operations / Integrator role include, but are not limited to:
Operational Leadership and Optimization
  • Evaluate current systems, workflows, and team structure to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Observe day-to-day operations to improve patient flow, team efficiency, and overall performance
  • Implement solutions that create consistency, organization, and operational excellence
  • Lead the evaluation and rollout of key technologies, including EMR systems

Systems, Structure, and Accountability
  • Build and implement scalable systems, SOPs, and operational frameworks
  • Develop KPIs, scorecards, and dashboards to track performance and drive results
  • Implement and lead EOS, including facilitating L10 meetings and ensuring accountability
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations across the organization
  • Train and hold the team accountable to processes and standards

Leadership and Team Development
  • Develop the organizational structure and support future growth planning
  • Coach leaders to take ownership of outcomes and lead effectively
  • Act as the bridge between the Visionary and the team to ensure alignment and clarity
  • Foster a high performing, people first culture grounded in trust and accountability

Talent and Financial Oversight
  • Build and maintain a strong recruiting pipeline and support hiring decisions
  • Partner with the fractional CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability while maintaining a patient first approach

Growth and Patient Experience
  • Drive execution of growth priorities and ensure the business is positioned to scale
  • Ensure a consistent, high quality patient experience across all touchpoints
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and oversee key vendor relationships

** This is full-time, in-person position based in Shipshewana, IN. **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
  • 5 to 10+ years of experience in executive-level leadership roles (Director of Operations, COO, or similar), with a track record of building and leading high performing teams
  • Proven ability to drive accountability and oversee day-to-day operations within a growing organization
  • Demonstrated success scaling a small to mid-sized business, ideally to $15M+ in revenue
  • Strong experience building systems, SOPs, and operational infrastructure that support growth and scalability
  • Financial and operational acumen, including ownership of P&L and key performance metrics
  • Data driven and change-oriented, with the ability to implement new systems, develop KPIs, and lead teams through growth and transformation

Preferred:
  • Experience scaling a business beyond $20M in revenue
  • Background in healthcare or a related service-based industry
  • Familiarity with licensing, franchising, or hub and spoke growth models
  • Experience with EOS or similar operating systems such as Scaling Up or Good to Great frameworks
  • Experience evaluating and implementing business systems or technology to improve operations

Desired:
  • Direct experience working within a chiropractic or functional medicine practice
