Job description

Experienced Systems Integration Specialist

Company:

Boeing Distribution, Inc.

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Experienced Systems Integration Specialist to join our team in Chandler, AZ, O'Fallon, MO, St Louis City, MO, Wichita, KS, and Hialeah, FL.

In this role, the focus will be on the development and deployment of the identified Portfolio Managers Projects that support our BGS Strategy, Long-Range Business Planning and the Investment Portfolio by performing analysis of complex issues and improving operational effectiveness. All functions are in support of the BGS ERP applications and critical third-party integrated applications. Individuals must understand Supply Chain Management best practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, interprets and integrates business information requirements and coordinates change activities

  • Develops and implements business architecture based upon information requirements

  • Monitors and perform quality control actions relating to business information

  • Develops, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports

  • Develops and executes system readiness testing

  • Administers and monitors systems post-implementation

  • Performs project management tasks related to business information integration activities

  • Manages system changes and integration efforts

  • Provides end-user support to include immediate system/data guidance, FAQ management, and process design and delivery

  • Leads determination of business information requirements and coordinates changing activities at an enterprise level

  • Leads development and implementation of business architecture based upon information requirements

  • Develops data linkages, updates and monitors data and related policies, and performs quality control actions relating to business information

  • Standardizes business processes utilizing industry best practices

  • Administers and monitors systems post-implementation

  • Leads portfolio and program management activities

  • Leads determination of system changes and integration efforts at an enterprise level

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years' experience analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources

  • 3+ years' experience in Supply Chain Processes

  • Intermediate skills in MS Office Suite

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent Communication skills Detailed oriented, well organized, self-motivated and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working in a cross functional environment

  • Ability to adjust to changing project requirements and environments

  • Experience supporting emergent demand that requires off shift response/support
