MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-driven Senior Business Integration Lead to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manages the internal business rhythm and ensures the seamless integration of corporate and program-level administrative functions.
  • Authorize the development of standard operating procedures for business reporting and validate the accuracy of project control data.
  • Implement strategic synchronization between Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement departments to support overall program health.
  • Oversees the execution of Task 1 objectives, focusing on the integration of subcontracts and financial project reporting for the SOCPAC and Mission Partners.
  • Lead the synchronization of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with mission-support deliverables and ensure that all business processes align with the program's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the PMO Administrative Team to ensure the timely submission and highest quality of all Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) deliverables.
  • Coordinate the gathering and analysis of program metrics to provide stakeholders with clear visibility into contract performance and resource utilization.
  • Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 10+ years of position-relevant experience in analysis supporting Department of Defense contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business or Management or a related field.
  • Experience with USSOCOM or USPACOM business systems.
  • Proficiency in integrated project management software and financial tracking tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in managing project workflows and data deliverables using Jira, Confluence, and other standardized data frameworks.
  • PMP Certification.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Must hold an active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $116,400.00-$194,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
