As a result, our sales team now has access to an unmatched portfolio of technologies and services spanning:
  • Municipal wastewater treatment

We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Regional Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across the Western United States and help drive the next phase of our growth.
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will identify, develop, and close opportunities across IWS's expanding portfolio of water and wastewater treatment solutions. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, and executive leadership to develop customer-focused solutions and build long-term relationships throughout municipal and industrial markets.
This is an opportunity to represent one of the fastest-growing and most innovative water infrastructure platforms in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development and sales activities for water, wastewater, reuse, process filtration, and industrial treatment projects.
  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies across municipal and industrial markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with engineers, contractors, developers, utilities, industrial end-users, and channel partners.
  • Identify and cultivate new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop relationships with manufacturers' representatives and strategic partners throughout the region.
  • Gather project requirements through field visits and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop conceptual treatment solutions and proposals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities with a strong focus on new business development.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and market intelligence to leadership.

Requirements
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
  • 5+ years of capital equipment, process equipment, water, wastewater, or environmental technology sales experience.
  • Experience selling into at least one of the following markets:

o Municipal wastewater
o Residential development
o Food & Beverage
o Industrial manufacturing
Preferred
  • Experience with filtration technologies, membrane systems, industrial wastewater, PFAS treatment, or process treatment systems.
  • Strong consultative sales background with proven success managing complex technical sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level customer relationships.
  • Experience working with engineering-driven solutions and design-build project environments.

Salary Description
$140,000-170,000 annually, plus commission
