We’re looking for a NetSuite Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, systems, and business operations. You'll play a critical role leading NetSuite implementation, optimizing workflows, and scaling systems as we grow through acquisitions.

Company Overview

Integrated Water Services (IWS) is revolutionizing water! For over 20 years, we have been at the forefront of transforming water challenges into sustainable solutions. Our team of passionate innovators designs and builds cutting-edge water and wastewater treatment systems that protect communities and the environment. From bustling cities to remote regions, we are making a real, positive impact on the world.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact between Finance, Operations, IT, and external NetSuite partners to understand business needs and turn them into practical, scalable NetSuite solutions.

  • Drive NetSuite functional improvements and enhancements across key areas such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, CRM, and Advanced Projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to review current processes, spot gaps, and recommend automation, standardization, and other operational improvements.

  • Take responsibility for requirements gathering and translating them into clear deliverables, including process maps, user stories, and functional documentation.
  • Support ERP initiatives from start to finish discovery, design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and post–go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot everyday NetSuite issues and user requests, including system errors and data integrity concerns.
  • Coordinate UAT, regression testing, and change management for upgrades, releases, and system updates.
  • Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, saved searches, and reporting tools that improve visibility and support business decision-making.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users to help ensure strong adoption and consistent use across departments.
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting on month-end processes, audit needs, compliance requirements, and ERP-driven reporting.
  • Evaluate new NetSuite features, process opportunities, and recommend modules or enhancements that support growth and scalability.
  • Support integrations between NetSuite and external systems (e.g., payroll, banking, CRM, eCommerce, procurement, and reporting platforms).
  • Maintain clear documentation for system setup, business processes, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Assist with data migration efforts, including data cleansing, validation, and master data governance.
  • Coordinate with external implementation partners, consultants, and vendors to deliver ERP projects on time and within scope.
  • Stay up to date on NetSuite release notes, new functionality, and best practices, and use that knowledge to proactively recommend improvements.
  • Act as project manager and liaison between stakeholders for NetSuite migrations for additional acquisitions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or other related field
  • 3+ years of ERP/NetSuite administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite workflows, configuration, and reporting
