Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager (KAM) who will manage and grow strategic customer relationships across Integrated Water Services, including water and wastewater treatment, O&M, industrial process water, and environmental solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned accounts, driving customer satisfaction, contract performance, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own senior-level relationships with assigned key accounts and act as a trusted advisor
  • Drive revenue through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of Integrated Water Service offerings
  • Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and commercial planning
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety, and compliance teams to ensure effective service delivery
  • Resolve customer issues and escalations while aligning expectations with execution
  • Develop multi-year account plans and provide market and performance insights
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, activity records, and reports in Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles, preferably within water, wastewater, industrial services, utilities, or environmental services
  • Experience managing complex B2B accounts and long-term service contracts
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong understanding of industrial or municipal water systems and service-based business models
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a dynamic environment

Travel Requirements:

  • Regional travel up to 30–50%, depending on account location and business needs

Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
