As the VP of Integrated Solutions, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale customer automation and material handling projects. What you will do:
  • Lead Strategic Growth: Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Duravant's Integrated Solutions service offerings across the Americas.
  • Oversee Large-Scale Projects: Direct and manage complex automation and material handling projects annually, ensuring on time and on budget performance.
  • Standardize Processes: Implement consistent, scalable processes across engineering, installation and aftermarket service teams.
  • Drive Data-Backed Decision Making: Apply data-driven decision-making through tracking and measurement of KPIs and reporting structures to measure performance and support continuous improvement.
  • Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Pricing, Installation, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution and optimized customer outcomes.
  • Build and Develop Teams: Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing team across multiple operations groups, promoting accountability, innovation and customer focus.

What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related discipline preferred)
  • 15 years of technical/field experience, including 10+ years of leading large teams
  • Strong exposure to material handling equipment, automation systems, and installation/commissioning environments
  • Demonstrated experience working hands-on in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or engineered to order environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects
  • Experience driving operational excellence, process standardization and customer satisfaction
