What is an integrated solutions manager?

Integrated Solutions Managers are professionals who oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive solutions that combine products, services, and technologies to meet clients' business needs. They work closely with sales, engineering, and project management teams to ensure solutions are tailored, scalable, and effectively address customer requirements. Their role often involves client consultations, project planning, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, integrated offerings. They play a key part in ensuring that the delivered solution aligns with both the client's objectives and their organization's capabilities.

How does an integrated solutions manager typically collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects?

An Integrated Solutions Manager regularly works with teams from sales, engineering, IT, and operations to develop and implement comprehensive solutions for clients. They act as a central point of coordination, ensuring that each department’s contributions align with overall project goals and client requirements. This often involves facilitating meetings, managing timelines, resolving conflicts, and translating technical details into actionable plans for different stakeholders. Strong communication and project management skills are essential, as is the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Distribution Partnerships

Bizee

Job description

About Bizee
Bizee has helped nearly two million entrepreneurs start and run their businesses. Now we are building what comes next: an AI-powered Entrepreneur Operating System that helps founders launch, operate, stay compliant, and grow with less friction and more confidence.
We are expanding how entrepreneurs and businesses access Bizee through distribution partners: embedded platform partners, API integrations, AI-agent-ready workflows, and professional firms using Bizee Pro.
As this distribution channel grows, we need a strong operator who can support partners before and after the deal closes, helping us qualify partner needs, shape solutions, launch partners successfully, grow usage, and turn partner feedback into scalable product and operational improvements.
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Partner Solutions Manager, Distribution Partnerships to support the full partner lifecycle across Bizee's strategic distribution partnerships, from pre-sales discovery and solution design through onboarding, enablement, activation, launch, growth, and ongoing partner success.
This is not a traditional account management platform or general ecosystem partnerships role. This person will support distribution partners who bring customer, entity, order, or compliance volume to Bizee through partner portal workflows, API integrations, embedded AI platform capabilities, and Bizee Pro.
You will work closely with Commercial Growth during the pre-sales process to understand partner needs, technical requirements, operational expectations, and launch requirements. After the deal closes, you will own partner onboarding, activation, issue resolution, health, and growth.
The right person will be externally trusted by partners and internally effective at driving cross-functional execution across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
What You'll Do
Support Pre-Sales Discovery and Solution Design
  • Partner with Commercial Growth to understand partner use, workflows, technical requirements, operational expectations, and launch needs.
  • Help assess partner fit, implementation complexity, support needs, risks, and launch readiness before contract signature.
  • Translate partner requirements into clear implementation assumptions, dependencies, risks, and next steps.
  • Support solution design for partners using partner portal workflows, API integrations, AI-agent-enabled workflows, and Bizee Pro.

Own Partner Onboarding and Launch
  • Lead onboarding for new distribution partners from contract signature through first successful order, production launch, and scaled usage.
  • Build partner launch plans and coordinate across Product, Engineering, Operations, Support, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Create repeatable onboarding playbooks, checklists, templates, and launch processes.
  • Ensure partners understand order flows, pricing, SLAs, reporting, documents, support paths, escalation processes, and operational requirements.

Manage and Grow Strategic Distribution Partners
  • Serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner for assigned distribution partners.
  • Run partner check-ins, launch reviews, issue reviews, QBRs, and expansion discussions.
  • Maintain a clear view of partner health, usage, revenue, open issues, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for partners to expand usage across formation, EIN, registered agent, compliance, annual reports, business license, certificates of good standing, document retrieval, virtual address, digital mailroom, and related services.

Build Partner Enablement and Launch Playbooks
  • Create scalable partner enablement materials, onboarding guides, launch checklists, training resources, escalation paths, and operating playbooks to help partners successfully adopt Bizee workflows.
  • Ensure partners understand how to use Bizee Pro, partner portal workflows, API integrations, order flows, reporting, document access, support paths, and escalation processes. You will also help internal teams understand partner requirements so Bizee can move from one-off partner support to a repeatable, scalable distribution partner experience.

Turn Partner Feedback Into Better Product
  • Capture partner feedback and translate it into clear product requirements, workflow gaps, bugs, and enhancement requests.
  • Help Product and Engineering prioritize partner needs such as permissions, multi-client or multi-entity management, secure intake, pricing rules, billing, reporting, webhooks, document access, order status, and auditability.
  • Support improvements to partner onboarding, API documentation, sandbox experience, webhooks, reporting, and partner portal workflows.

Build Partner Reporting and Health Metrics
  • Create a clear operating view of partner health, performance, and growth. Track partners from onboarding through first successful order, production launch, and first value, then monitor ongoing performance across usage, revenue, entities under management, support volume, escalations, SLA performance, partner satisfaction, expansion opportunities, and churn or risk signals.
  • Partner cross-functionally to give Biizee and our partners a shared view of what is working, where there is friction, and what needs to improve as the distribution partner channel scales.

Requirements
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in partner success, solutions consulting, implementation, strategic account management, customer success, partnerships, platform operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting partners who drive customer, transaction, account, entity, order, or revenue volume through a platform.
  • Experience working with SaaS, API, fintech, compliance, SMB, marketplace, or platform partners.
  • Ability to support pre-sales discovery, workflow mapping, implementation scoping, and solution design.
  • Strong operational discipline and ability to manage complex cross-functional work.
  • Ability to work with Product and Engineering on partner requirements, bugs, documentation, APIs, webhooks, sandboxes, reporting, and technical workflows.
  • Commercial mindset with experience tracking usage, revenue, expansion, partner health, and risk.
  • Strong communication skills with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
  • High ownership, strong follow-through, and comfort building process from scratch.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with embedded distribution partnerships, API integrations, developer platforms, fintech partnerships, compliance products, or SMB platforms.
  • Experience in a sales engineering, solutions consulting, implementation consulting, partner success, or technical account management role.
  • Experience supporting partners in banking, payroll, accounting, business formation, registered agent, tax, legal, or compliance workflows.
  • Familiarity with partner portals, CRM systems, ticketing systems, API documentation, webhooks, and sandbox environments.
