Job description

Location: Tucson, AZ

License Requirement:

  • FAA A&P or Airframe (A) License (Required)


Experience:

  • 3โ€“5 years of avionics maintenance experience on Bombardier CRJ aircraft (CRJ-200/700/900 preferred) OR ERJ OR Wide Body Aircrafts


Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of CRJ avionics and electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot and maintain communications, navigation, flight guidance, autoflight, and integrated avionics systems on CRJ platforms
  • Interpret and work from CRJ wiring diagrams, IPC, AMM, SRM, and WDM
  • Perform system checks, functional tests, and fault isolation using approved test equipment
  • Ensure all maintenance is completed in compliance with FAA regulations, MHI RJ procedures, and customer requirements
  • Accurately document maintenance actions, discrepancies, and corrective actions in aircraft records
  • Support line maintenance, heavy checks, and modification work as assigned


Preferred Qualifications:

  • FCC GROL and/or AET Certification (Strong Plus)
  • Avionics or Electrical Technical School or Military avionics training
  • Experience with CRJ avionics suites, including flight deck, navigation, communication, and aircraft monitoring systems
  • Strong aircraft wiring, connector repair, and avionics installation skills


Work Environment:

  • Hangar and flight-line maintenance on CRJ regional jet aircraft
  • Flexibility to work day, night, or weekend shifts as required
