Job description

Dining Experience Director

IntegraCare , manager of Senior Living, Independent Living amp; Memory Care Communities, is looking for an organized and hands-on professional to lead the Dining Department of one of our premier Senior Living Communities, The Woods at Cedar Run, and help to keep it “ A Great Place to Work and a Great Place to Live ”.

Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 yearly + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Responsibilities include :

  • Provide strong leadership and guidance to team members
  • Meal planning, preparation and cooking
  • Proactively order and track food items and supplies
  • Creatively plan and prepare a menu for special events
  • Maintain strict compliance with all food and safety regulations (federal, state and company)
  • Create an upbeat and social atmosphere that enhances the dining experience
  • Have a positive attitude and be willing to assist residents when needed

Qualifications :

  • Five (5) years of progressive Dining Service/Culinary experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years experience in management/supervision of team members
  • H.S. Diploma or GED is required
  • Culinary, Hospitality or Management degree is preferred
  • Food Service certification is preferred
