The Clinical Liaison will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

Experience/Skills:
  • Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as an RN, LPN, or Therapist.
  • Management experience preferred
  • Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
  • Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
  • Talented in networking with referral sources
  • Experience in developing Marketing plan for hospital.

Requirements:
  • Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
  • 2 or more years of clinical experience required
    • Post-Acute care experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of hospital data bases
  • Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
  • Current valid LA Driver's License
