  • Oversee daily intake operations, ensuring a seamless experience from referral through patient onboarding.
  • Manage insurance prior authorizations and benefit verification processes for commercial and Medicaid payers.
  • Monitor departmental productivity, quality metrics, and service levels while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Credentialing, Billing, and Clinical Operations to ensure efficient patient access.
  • Support staff development through coaching, performance management, and ongoing training.
  • Resolve escalated patient and family concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure compliance with payer requirements, organizational policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with workflow optimization as the organization continues to grow across multiple clinic locations.

  • Experience in behavioral health, ABA therapy, or another specialty healthcare environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of the patient lifecycle, insurance verification, and authorization processes.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Front-end revenue cycle knowledge.
  • Behavioral health, ABA, pediatric, or other specialty practice experience.
  • A collaborative leadership style with humility, accountability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
