About Us

We are a leading class-action and complex litigation law firm based in Beverly Hills, California. Our firm focuses on high-impact employment law cases, including wage-and-hour, workplace rights, and other complex matters against some of the largest companies in the country.

We are a fast-moving, client-focused team that takes pride in doing meaningful work. Many of the people who contact our firm are dealing with stressful workplace situations and are looking for someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and help guide them through the first step of the legal process.

This role is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to grow in the legal field. You will get valuable hands-on experience speaking with potential clients, learning how employment cases are evaluated, working with legal documents, and supporting the early stages of case development. For the right person, there is room to grow into other roles within the firm, including legal assistant, pre-litigation assistant, case management, intake leadership, or other legal support positions.

About the Role

As an Intake Specialist, you will be one of the first points of contact for potential clients. Your job is to help determine whether someone may have a potential claim, collect key information, organize documents, and assist qualified leads with the sign-up process.

This is a phone-heavy role that requires confidence, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. You do not need to be an attorney, and you will not be expected to give legal advice. However, you should be comfortable asking thoughtful questions, documenting information clearly, and helping move potential clients through the intake process.

What You’ll Do

Answer incoming calls from potential clients seeking legal help

Respond to email, text, and web inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Conduct intake calls and gather important facts about potential employment law claims

Screen leads based on firm criteria and prepare information for attorney or management review

Assist qualified potential clients with retainer agreements and sign-up steps

Follow up with leads who have submitted forms, booked calls, or requested more information

Organize new case files, supporting documents, call notes, and intake details

Maintain accurate records in the firm’s CRM and case management systems

Communicate clearly with attorneys, legal assistants, and management about potential new cases

Provide a professional, compassionate, and helpful experience to every potential client

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is dependable, sharp, personable, and motivated to grow. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, can handle sensitive conversations with professionalism, and knows how to balance empathy with efficiency.

You may be a strong fit if you:

Have intake, sales, customer service, call center, or lead screening experience

Are comfortable handling a high volume of calls and follow-ups

Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, email, and text

Can ask good questions, think critically, and spot important details

Are organized, reliable, punctual, and able to follow systems

Can work independently while also being part of a team

Are comfortable using Google Sheets, Outlook, CRMs, and case management software

Have an interest in law, litigation, client service, or legal operations

Want to build a career in the legal field, not just find another job

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in a law firm, intake department, call center, sales role, or client-facing office role

Experience with legal intake, case screening, or retainer follow-up

Familiarity with employment law, wage-and-hour claims, or plaintiff-side litigation

Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred

Additional languages are a plus

Schedule

This is a full-time, on-site position in Beverly Hills.

The schedule is:

Wednesday through Sunday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM Or Wednesday through Sunday 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Beverly Hills and work the scheduled days and hours. Limited work-from-home flexibility may be considered after 3-month training, based on performance, reliability, and business needs. WFH is not guaranteed.

Compensation & Benefits

$25.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Eligible for performance-based bonuses based on qualified sign-ups, accuracy, follow-up, responsiveness, and overall performance

Medical, dental, and vision insurance, partially employer-sponsored

401(k) plan with employer contributions

Paid vacation

Paid sick leave in accordance with California law

Paid parking

Annual discretionary bonus

Career growth opportunities within the firm

Complimentary Snacks

Complimentary Meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays

Why This Role Is a Great Opportunity

This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants to break into the legal field and learn how real cases begin. You will gain practical experience with client communication, legal issue spotting, case organization, CRM systems, retainer agreements, and the early stages of litigation support.

If you are ambitious, coachable, organized, and good with people, this role can become a long-term career path within our firm.

How to Apply

Please submit your resume and a brief note explaining why you are interested in working in a legal intake role.

We are looking for someone who is ready to learn, ready to work, and ready to help people take the first step toward protecting their rights.
