Job Summary (List Format): Creative Associate Director – Grant Thornton
- Strategic Creative Leadership: Serve as a senior leader overseeing creative execution across integrated campaigns, brand expression, sales, events, motion, and creative enablement for a global professional services firm.
- Creative Vision & Direction: Set the creative vision, standards, and success criteria while acting as the primary decision-maker for creative direction and quality within assigned initiatives.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain creative governance models to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment across regions, channels, and distributed teams.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach on-shore and off-shore creative teams, providing direction, fostering collaboration, and supporting succession planning and capability growth.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with Corporate Brand leaders and business stakeholders to align creative priorities, shape demand, and ensure initiatives are strategic and impactful.
- Campaign Oversight: Guide the development of integrated campaigns, review creative work for effectiveness, and ensure alignment with brand, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Creative Operations: Oversee the entire creative lifecycle from intake to delivery, including optimization, reuse, and vendor/agency management for scalable and efficient operations.

- Channels & Media Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern marketing channels including social media, TV, Out of Home, web, and paid advertising.
- Remote Role: 100% remote (ideal if based in East Coast or Central time zones); contract position with possibility for extension or full-time conversion.
