Job Overview:

  • We are looking for a Patient Intake Representative for our client in Huntington, IN.
  • The Patient Intake Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors while supporting administrative and patient intake functions.
  • Candidates will assist with patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • One year or more of customer service experience.
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in a team environment.
  • Ability to pass a standardized colorblindness test.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
Experience:
  • Minimum one year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient-facing environment is preferred.
  • Experience handling administrative and clerical responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
  • Schedule patient appointments and greet patients upon arrival.
