Insurance Producer – Brightway Insurance | Marlton, NJ (On-site, Hybrid, or Remote)

Brightway Insurance is hiring a driven, sales-focused Insurance Producer to join our growing Marlton, NJ agency. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career, grow a book of business, and earn based on performance.

Whether you're an experienced licensed producer or looking to launch a career in insurance, we're looking for motivated individuals who are competitive, coachable, and hungry to succeed. If you're not currently licensed, we'll provide support and guidance to help you obtain your Property & Casualty license.

What You'll Do

  • Work warm leads while proactively generating new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and follow-up
  • Quote and sell personal insurance policies from multiple top-rated carriers
  • Build and maintain your own book of business
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing outstanding service
  • Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
