We are a leading Farmers Insurance agency in Bend, Oregon, and we're looking for a motivated, results-oriented Insurance Sales Producer to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving agency growth by helping individuals, families, and businesses find insurance solutions that provide security and peace of mind. First year income expectation: $48,000 - $72,000

Responsibilities

Business Development Sales

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and inbound outbound sales activities.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

• Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries to identify opportunities and close sales.


Client Consultation Needs Analysis


• Conduct thorough assessments of prospective clients' insurance needs, financial situations, and long-term goals.

• Recommend customized insurance solutions that align with client objectives.

• Educate clients on coverage options, policy features, benefits, and costs.


Account Growth Retention


• Review existing client accounts to identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities.

• Assist clients with policy updates, renewals, and claims-related questions.


Operations Collaboration


• Submit and manage insurance applications and work closely with underwriting teams to secure coverage.
