Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain a vibrant portfolio of clients by understanding their unique risk profiles.

Evaluate the specific insurance needs of individuals and businesses to provide accurate, tailored coverage recommendations.

Coordinate with various underwriters to negotiate the best terms and competitive pricing for your clients.

Guide policyholders through the claims process with clarity and genuine empathy during challenging times.

Participate in local community events to represent The Atlantic District and expand our local presence.

Review and analyze existing policies to identify gaps in coverage and proactively suggest necessary adjustments.


Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License for Rhode Island.

Minimum of three years of direct experience in insurance sales or client relationship management.

Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.

Advanced proficiency in agency management software and digital documentation.

Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful rapport with local families and business owners.

High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.
