About the Role:
The Wright Agency is looking for a driven and personable Life Insurance Specialist to join our growing team in Stamford, CT. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by helping clients protect what matters most. If you're passionate about financial wellness and building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, quote, and sell life insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Conduct needs-based assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance products and coverage levels
  • Build and maintain a strong book of business through referrals, networking, and outbound outreach
  • Educate clients on term life, whole life, and universal life insurance options
  • Follow up with leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to policy issuance
  • Collaborate with agency team members to cross-sell and upsell additional Allstate products
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity logs using agency CRM tools
Requirements:
  • Active Connecticut and/or New York Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain one promptly)
