Depending on the attorney's experience, the attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload and working independently on cases from beginning to end with partner oversight. Responsibilities:

  • Manage a litigation caseload, handling cases from beginning to end
  • Ability to communicate with clients orally and in writing
  • Ability to respond to discovery, research, write motions and take and defend depositions
  • Comfortable handling court appearances
  • Negotiating settlements

Qualifications:

  • License to practice law in CA
  • Civil litigation, insurance defense (preferred)
