Primary Responsibilities

Revenue Development & Market Expansion

  • Meet and exceed assigned sales objectives
  • Prospect for and develop new business opportunities
  • Design and implement territory-specific market development strategies
  • Acquire and onboard new commercial customer accounts

Client Partnership & Satisfaction

  • Cultivate long-term customer loyalty and retention
  • Monitor and elevate service delivery standards
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with automotive shop proprietors

People Management & Development

  • Inspire and guide Commercial Managers and Mobile Sales Representatives
  • Drive team performance toward established objectives
  • Enhance overall team efficiency and effectiveness

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Ensure alignment from initial sale through final product delivery

Strategic Planning & Account Management

  • Perform comprehensive market research and competitive analysis
  • Develop and execute targeted business action plans
  • Oversee relationships with high-value strategic accounts

Compliance & Workplace Standards

  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support loss prevention initiatives
  • Promote and ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications
  • Required Experience

    • Demonstrated success in external sales and team leadership roles
    • Automotive industry experience strongly preferred
    • Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics, profit and loss statements, and gross margin data
