We are a growing insurance organization dedicated to helping families protect what matters most. As we expand, we are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) life insurance professional with established industry relationships, leadership ability, and the drive to build and motivate a winning team.

Position Overview:

We are searching for a Bilingual Life Insurance Territory Manager with prior carrier or agency experience who understands territory expansion, has strong relationship-building skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This individual must bring established connections within the life insurance industry and have the confidence and aggressiveness needed to push growth and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, and mentor life insurance agents within the territory
  • Motivate and lead agents to achieve production and growth goals
  • Leverage existing industry connections to drive recruiting, partnerships, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and community organizations
  • Identify and execute strategies to grow market share and strengthen territory performance
  • Support agents with case design, client presentations, and product knowledge
  • Serve as a bilingual resource for agents and clients (English/Spanish required)
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and expansion plans

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • Established network of industry contacts within the life & financial services space
  • Previous experience with a life insurance carrier, IMO, or agency
  • Proven success developing, coaching, or managing agents or teams
  • Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to win and grow
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of territory development, sales strategy, and agent engagement
  • Life & Health license
