Job description

Treasury Specialist / Analyst Compensation: $40-55/hr Duration: 6 months or longer, need commitment for the timeline Site: Hybrid 3 days per week in office, after training Hours: Target is 40 hours per week, OT with approval Systems: Netsuite preferred), open to other ERPs This job:
  • Running daily payments - wires, ACH's, check payment types. Process through ERP, bank portals,
  • Disbursements out of Corporate and Projects entities (working within 5 entities per day, 15 per month)
  • Funding as many as 50 accounts and understanding the complex org structure to do so
  • Cash Reconciliation oversight - looking that the transactions are feeding into the ERP system
  • Cash Forecast for 13 weeks
    • Key Metrics are weekly spend accuracy and Monthly spend accuracy
    • Update previous week spend
    • Input expected spend using AP Aging Report, working with AP department to know what payments are coming
  • Debt Management - familiarity with debt management
    • Interest rates
    • How financing fees are calculated
    • Calculating debt we have in place
  • Letters of Credit, understanding on behalf of LLC and negotiating Letter of Credit terms
  • Surety Bond Issuances
We are looking for:
  • BS Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, etc
  • Experience processing Treasury transactions in a Corporate Setting
  • They need to have functional corporate treasury-type experience; Don't want general accounting knowledge
  • Strongly prefer Netsuite or other ERP experience
  • Very Organized when there are a lot of details
Pay Details: $40.00 to $55.00 per hour
