Join the DURAN INSURANCE AGENCY INC team as an Agent Team Member, where you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients in McLean, VA. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in the insurance industry while making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with insurance inquiries and policy changes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:
