Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Job Summary:
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Clerk / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role provides customer support, processes insurance documentation, assists with claims and coverage questions, and helps maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organization, and enjoys working in a customer-focused office environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with insurance questions and requests
  • Process claims and verify coverage information
  • Handle documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with policy questions, billing, and issue resolution
  • Enter information into computer systems and insurance software
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Insurance experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve
  • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
