ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

IMT Software Services, a division of IMT Insurance, is now looking to fill the position of Account Executive. IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As an Account Executive, you build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients throughout our entire customer base and will represent IMT Software Services at customer events and trade shows around the nation. A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and industry partners
  • Help develop and refine sales strategies
  • Conduct product demos and provide technical training for clients
  • Follow-up with existing accounts to determine needs and promote new services
  • Help with creating advertising material, direct mail and email campaigns, and other public touchpoints
  • Visit clients and prospects on-site and at industry events
  • Gather market intelligence to identify opportunities, trends, and conduct research on competitors
  • Help organize and participate in annual meetings to educate clients and promote services
  • Works with limited supervision with a wide degree of creativity and ability to problem solve

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college education or equivalent, plus 1-3 years relevant experience is needed to perform essential functions of the position
  • Actively listens with strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to establish relationships and build rapport quickly and easily
  • Ability to make public presentations and speeches
  • Strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to details
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Ability to prioritize workload and simultaneously handle multiple projects
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software products
  • Must maintain detailed product knowledge and expertise on industry trends
  • Must maintain valid driver’s license due to required fieldwork
  • Up to 40% travel may be required during specific periods in the year
  • Must possess the ability to work well with others

The salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $83,000.00

Starting salary and level of position will depend on level of experience

This position is not eligible for tips or commission but may be eligible for additional bonuses
