Job description

Responsible for selling and servicing of Commercial Lines insurance accounts. Responds to service requests for existing clients in a professional manner to both inbound and outbound calls and correspondence. Meets service standards for volume, timeliness, and quality. Follows up on incoming leads through various channels and works independently or with teammates to close new business sales. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization's Values.
High school diploma or equivalent. Property & Casualty License. Minimum of five (5) years of insurance service experience working with Small and Middle Market accounts. In depth knowledge of all commercial lines insurance products. Experience using Vertafore/AMS360 or similar Agency Management System. Knowledge of rating procedures, coverages, underwriting and industry operations. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Perform a large number of steps in complex system with accuracy and speed. Extensive knowledge of Excess & Surplus (E&S).
