SAM Service, Inc.
???? 1057 Parkway Drive, Macon, GA 31220
???? $20–$38/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
???? Full-Time | In-Person

Join a team that’s redefining service excellence.
At SAM Service, Inc., we’re not just fixing equipment, we’re solving problems and building trust with every call. We specialize in commercial cooking equipment, refrigeration, and HVAC, and we’re growing fast. If you’re a hands-on problem solver who values integrity, teamwork, and top-tier service, we want to hear from you.

???? What You’ll Do

  • Start your day from home in a fully equipped company vehicle
  • Get paid from the moment you start your engine (Port-to-Port Pay!)
  • Use a company-provided iPad to manage work orders and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer support
  • Focus on service—not sales. Our office team handles quotes, parts, and billing

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required)
  • Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required)
  • Strong technical and electrical skills—able to read wiring diagrams and manuals
  • Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools
  • Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
  • Most importantly: a curious mind and a willingness to learn

???? What You’ll Get

  • Port-to-Port Pay – no unpaid travel time
  • Health, Disability, and Retirement Benefits
    • 401(k) with company match
    • Paid time off & flexible scheduling
    • Tuition reimbursement & professional development
    • Relocation assistance (if needed)
  • Tools of the Trade
    • Fully stocked service vehicle
    • Specialty tools, test equipment, and recovery gear
    • iPad, email, and IT training
    • Company-paid uniforms (plus some cool swag)
  • Supportive Culture
    • Chaplain services
    • Positive, team-oriented environment
    • Ongoing training including CFESA certification and
