We are a large, well-established insurance agency with an outstanding reputation, and we are expanding our Personal Lines team. We are seeking motivated, preferably licensed insurance agents with experience who are driven to grow their book of business and maximize their earning potential.


Responsibilities


Prospect and generate new business for personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella, etc.)


Work multiple lead sources including organic and paid marketing leads


Build relationships with prospective and existing clients


Quote, present, and bind policies tailored to client needs


Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline


Deliver exceptional client service and maintain long-term relationships
