Responsibilities

  • The Sales Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
  • You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting-edge and strategic marketing plan.
  • Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
  • Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
  • Implement ways to increase occupancy and achieve targeted occupancy goals.
  • Work together with your team to execute events to draw prospects to the community

 Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in senior living preferred.
  • Results and goal driven.
  • 4-year Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing & sales, 2+ years required.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
