Candidate Requirements

2 years of proven experience in the financial services realm (financial adviser, controller, planner, specialist, banker, accountant, or related experience)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong time management and organizational skills – ability to handle multiple responsibilities and take initiative in a high-volume work environment.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply

Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems

Capability and desire to demonstrate the Gilbert & Cook Core Values

Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, CFP certification or interest in obtaining certification

Role Responsibilities

Support Advisor in delivering service to clients through meeting material preparation, meeting attendance, post-meeting action item execution and day-to-day administration

Enhance client experience by building and maintaining strong client relationships

Actively participate in a collaborative team designed to serve the client

Prepare and execute administrative responsibilities and organization of files and

paperwork for client meetings, including implementation follow-up

Participate in client meetings and responsible for documentation of decisions and action item assignments

Communicate with clients for administrative inquiries and needs as they arise

Accurate and efficient processing of client account transactions

Investment account and insurance paperwork preparation including follow-up and confirmation of implementation

Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Provide a holistic approach to client management

Proactively helps to resolve issues or concerns
