Job Title: Recruiter IIJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter II to join our team in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with the ability to build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates. This role requires the capability to screen and assess candidates effectively, ensuring they meet job fit requirements and align with hiring manager preferences.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates.
  • Screen and assess candidates to determine job fit, achieving high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.
  • Execute sourcing and performance goals as outlined by the team.
  • Adhere to internal company processes and SLAs related to all aspects of recruiting.
  • Manage all job postings and ensure positions are current and active in recruiting systems.
  • Drive consistent messaging to protect data integrity and reporting.
  • Effectively assess and screen candidates for position fit.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically in sourcing.
  • Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
  • Experience in building candidate sourcing pipelines.
  • High volume non-technical recruiting experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Full cycle recruiting expertise.

Pay and Benefits
