As the Dispatch Coordinator you will assist with scheduling a team to the customer’s location to assess the work that would need to be completed. If you are organized, have outstanding customer service skills, and stive to assist others in their time of need you could thrive in this environment! 
 
Key Responsibilities
·   Receive incoming calls and emails about past services, follow ups on current projects, general inquiries about business and other routine communications
· Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to incoming leads and projects in coordination with management team
·   Review and maintain software so that appropriate teams are routed accordingly and customer information is input properly
·   Perform detailed and accurate data entry in multiple systems.
·   Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
 
Position Requirements
·   At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience 
·   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·   Proficient in Microsoft programs (Basic Excel spreadsheets, intermediate Outlook for emails) and ability to learn new software programs
·   Ability to effectively multi-task
·   Prior dispatch experience helpful
·   Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
·   Knowledge of local geographical area is preferred
·   High school diploma/GED (preferred)
·   Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
·   Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
 
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a sedentary role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary.
