Job description

The Project Manager will join the Technology organization to help build the operational foundation that enables ICONIQ Studio, the firm's creative, strategic, and operational center for network engagement, to scale. Partnering closely with Studio leadership, this role will establish and optimize the systems, processes, and tools that support project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and operational excellence across a fast-paced creative organization. Studio brings together Communications & Content, Events & Experiences, and Network Intelligence & Engagement to connect people and ideas through exceptional experiences, meaningful insights, and compelling content.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and manage project management processes that improve how Studio work is prioritized, planned, executed, and tracked.
  • Partner with Studio leaders and creative teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable project plans while ensuring teams stay aligned and informed.
  • Design and oversee scalable intake and prioritization workflows that improve visibility, coordination, and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop operational playbooks, documentation, and AI-enabled workflows that improve consistency, onboarding, and team efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools and workflow automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity across Studio.
  • Build reporting dashboards and key performance metrics that provide insight into project health, team capacity, and strategic priorities.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions that enable Studio to grow efficiently while maintaining a high-quality experience.
  • Partner with Technology, Vendor Management, and cross-functional teams to implement new tools and continuously improve Studio operations.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • 6+ years of project management or operations experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience building scalable operational systems, including project tracking, intake workflows, reporting, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Strong process design and systems-thinking skills with the ability to improve how teams work and collaborate.
  • Experience partnering with creative, design, marketing, or event teams to balance structure with flexibility.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience using AI tools and automation platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve workflows and team productivity.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence, project management, or customer relationship management platforms is a plus.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $150,000-$170,000 together with the benefits listed above.
