Summary of Responsibilities 


Step into a role where your sense of urgency and love for organization will shape every project’s success. We’re looking for a Custom Home Project Manager to take charge of preparing our projects for success—planning with accuracy, mastering schedules, and managing change orders with confidence. In this in-office role, you’ll be the hub between clients, architects, and designers, ensuring each project is primed for a smooth, on-time, and on-budget custom project. 


Essential Functions 

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project. 
  • Create, present, and secure approval for all project change orders. 
  • Lead weekly OAC meetings and prepare meeting agendas. 
  • Collaborate with architects, homeowners, and designers to align plans and resolve issues.  
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to prevent overruns. 
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and records in Co-Construct. 
  • Ensure all work complies with plans, building codes, and safety regulations 
  • Other duties as assigned 


Education, Experience, and Skills Required 


  • 10+ years of experience in Custom home & Remodeling Construction (strictly required) 
  • Technologically Savvy (Co-construct/Builder Trend/Job tread/Procore etc.) 
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
