DH Pace Company, Inc aspires to hire an Entry-Level or Experienced Project Manager in our Entry Door Division in any of the following office locations: Port St Lucie, FL, Orlando, FL and Tampa, FL. This individual will ensure project objectives are met by specified date and within budget by effectively planning, directing, and coordinating activities. They will specialize in doors, frames, and hardware for the commercial construction industry. Highly valued qualifications for this role are two years of experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry and a Bachelor's degree.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review project plans and specifications to determine materials, schedule, budget parameters, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources for the various phases of the project
  • Discuss and establish work plan outline with staff; assign duties, scope of authority, and provide technical advice/troubleshooting
  • Direct and coordinate activities to ensure project is on schedule and within budgeted scope; review status reports prepared by staff and make changes where needed
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Two (2) years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry preferred
  • Must have Excel or other spreadsheet software and Word or Word Processing software experience
  • Must have proven experience in a fast-paced environment, juggling a lot of responsibility, with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving record
