Medscape, a division of WebMD, develops and hosts physician portals and related mobile applications that make it easier for physicians and healthcare professionals to access clinical reference sources, stay abreast of the latest clinical information, learn about new treatment options, earn continuing medical education credits and communicate with peers.

Description:

WebMD/Medscape is looking for a qualified Project Manager to join our Medscape Education Sales Enablement Team in the Newark, NJ office or remotely. The Sales Enablement Team plays an important role in developing a variety of resources to support large sales teams in both the US and internationally. This role will be responsible for managing proposal development and account-based marketing projects. The candidate will be comfortable with receiving constructive feedback and demonstrate an ability to take direction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage proposal development projects across assigned teams

  • Manage account-based marketing projects across assigned teams

  • Provide editorial review of materials created for quality control

  • Liaise with multiple teams across the organization to manage project flow

  • Work closely with the sales team to proactively to support requests

  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to keep the team apprised to project progress

Salary range:$68,500 - $75,000

Bonus Eligible: This position is also eligible for a discretionary company bonus, based upon business results.
