The Role

We areseekingan ambitious, delivery-obsessed Digital Project Manager to join our North American team. Reporting directly to our Head of PMO, you will be a customer-facing expert responsible for seeing high-impact projects through from pitch to plan to delivery. On a day-to-day basis, you will navigate complex enterprise client environments, orchestrating cross-functional technical teams to deploy front-office solutions whilemaintainingabsolute command over project health, resourceutilization, and delivery timelines.


Responsibilities

  • Multi-Project Orchestration:Lead 5-10 concurrent projects ranging from platform upgrades to enterprise implementations ($100k-$200k+ average size).
  • Ecosystem Focus:Drive delivery excellence within the Adobe (Marketo, Workfront, AEM Assets) and Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:Serve as the master communicator between in-house technical teams, external vendors, and executive-level enterprise clients.
  • Financial Stewardship:Maintainstrict project performance within target margins, directly managing project budgets, resourceutilization, and revenue reporting for both implementations andretainedservices.
  • Operational Excellence:UtilizeKantata(PSA) and Jira to track delivery metrics, resource allocations, and project health.


Requirements

  • Experience:5+ years in digital or technology project management, specifically within a digital agency, IT consultancy, or professional services environment.
  • Multi-Project Tracking:Proventrack recordof managing 5+ concurrent technology implementation projects simultaneously.
  • Ecosystem Awareness:Direct experience managing enterprise implementation projects within the Adobe ecosystem (Marketo, Workfront, AEM, etc.) or Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Financial Acumen:Direct responsibility for managing project budgets, margin tracking, and P&L performance.
  • Methodology:Strongproficiencyin both Waterfall and Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience using Jira and PSA tools (e.g.,Kantata/Mavenlink).
