Project Manager - Insurance
Location: New York City, US | Practice Area: Insurance | Type: Permanent
Lead complex business transformation programs that drive meaningful change across the insurance industry.
The Role
Capco is seeking an experienced Project Manager with exceptional change management and executive storytelling capabilities to lead the execution of large-scale business transformation initiatives within the Insurance practice. You will establish robust programme governance, partner with senior stakeholders, and develop compelling strategic narratives that drive alignment and successful transformation outcomes across complex organisations.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the delivery of large-scale business transformation programmes, ensuring successful execution against strategic objectives.
  • Establish and manage program governance, reporting frameworks, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop compelling executive-level presentations and strategic narratives that clearly communicate transformation vision, progress, and outcomes.
  • Partner with client leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable organisational change and business value.
  • Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and communications while maintaining strong relationships across internal and client stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
  • 8-10 years of client-facing experience, with consulting and/or financial services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering complex transformation initiatives within Insurance or another Financial Services domain including Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Proven experience leading organisational change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders across large, complex organisations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
