We are an originator in the material handling containment systems industry, offering high quality bulk handling supplies since 1946. Located in an industrial park in Ft. Worth, Texas, we offer filling, packaging, blending, processing, shipping, storage and dispensing equipment for packaging dry powder and liquid-based ingredients, as well as field technical assistance.

Project Manager

Our company is looking for a project manager to plan and allocate resources, track costs, monitoring progress, and keeping customers and internal departments informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Project Manage all fabrication projects
    • Take ownership of all internally manufactured projects and ensure that jobs are scheduled in accordance with the customer’s requests.
    • Work with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials are available for all projects.
    • Maintain an awareness of job profitability.
    • Assist in the research of new opportunity leads to be considered for Bid/No Bid determinations.
    • Evaluate and analyze contracts, drawings, and project scope to ensure the project is compliant with customer needs and expectations.
    • Work with engineering to communicate all design changes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Previous project management experience.
  • Ability to read design/drawings.
  • Strong fabrication background.
  • Demonstrated, mathematical and spatial visualization ability as applied in the fabrication metal industry with the ability to read and understand drawings.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to all inquiries from customers, sub-contractors, and internal co-workers.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
  • Strong negotiation skills.

Credential and Experience

  • +5 Years Sheet metal fabrication Project Management experience.
  • Well versed conceptually in all aspects of fabrication.
  • Prefer BA/BS degree or 7 plus years of equivalent experience.
  • Degree in Business Management

Reports to the General Manager.

Position is full time and will work in the Fort Worth office.
