TimeNow Global, LLC is looking for a Project Manager in Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setting: Onsite, supporting Braskem La Porte and Braskem Oyster Creek Plants
Duration: Minimum 12 months, project-based
Experience: Minimum 3 years in project management within a related industry.
Position Overview:
TimeNow, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support petrochemical projects at Braskems La Porte and Oyster Creek facilities. This role will oversee projects from early definition through execution and closeout, ensuring successful delivery against scope, budget, schedule, quality, and safety expectations.
The Project Manager will work under the supervision of our Gulf Coast Project Leader and will serve as a key point of coordination across engineering, procurement, vendors, construction support, and operations. This position requires a strong industrial project background, sound judgment, and the ability to lead effectively in dynamic site environments.

Role Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
  • Leading projects from early definition, planning, and scoping through execution and closeout
  • Supporting project development activities including scope definition, cost estimating, scheduling input, and risk assessment
  • Managing engineering, procurement, and vendor activities throughout the project lifecycle leading up to construction
  • Monitoring project performance, budgets, progress, and key milestones, while identifying and resolving issues, risks, and scope changes
  • Using scheduling information provided through Primavera and other project management tools to guide execution and decision-making
  • Ensuring projects comply with applicable safety requirements, regulations, codes, and site procedures
  • Supporting the Construction Manager during field installation, commissioning, startup readiness, and handover to operations
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicating project updates clearly and effectively
  • Coordinating across internal teams, client stakeholders, and third-party partners to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Preparing status reports, updates, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Promoting strong leadership, accountability, and collaboration throughout project execution
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of industrial project management experience with demonstrated success in project execution
  • Experience supporting petrochemical or related industrial projects
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing projects using scheduling information from tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work onsite across both the La Porte and Oyster Creek plant locations
  • Ability to support plant walkdowns, vendor visits, construction site oversight, commissioning activities, and field coordination as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Familiarity with FEL and gated project work processes
  • Familiarity with construction, commissioning, and handover workflows
  • Familiarity with SAP and Project and Portfolio Management software
  • Comfort with digital productivity tools and general AI-enabled work tools, such as reporting support or workflow automation
Work Environment
This position is based on site in the Houston area and will support work at both the Braskem La Porte and Braskem Oyster Creek plants. The role involves a combination of office and field responsibilities, including plant walkdowns, vendor coordination, construction oversight support, and commissioning-related activities.
This is a local role. Candidates should be based in the Houston area and available for regular onsite presence at both project locations.
