About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee our commercial electrical projects in Tucker, GA. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, potentially exceeding this range for exceptionally qualified candidates. The successful candidate will manage various aspects of commercial electrical projects, ensuring optimal efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract reviews with the Estimator and set up project folders.
  • Utilize a project startup checklist for effective project initiation.
  • Coordinate schedules, manpower, and logistics with General Foremen.
  • Analyze project costs, refine budgets, and discuss cost-saving strategies.
  • Develop installation approaches and prepare project documents, including plans and budgets.
  • Manage material buyouts, prepare submittals, and handle RFIs to ensure timely procurement.
  • Negotiate material pricing, manage vendor accounts, and coordinate material orders.
  • Maintain daily communication with project teams and manage project logistics.
  • Verify invoice pricing, track orders, and manage change orders and billing schedules.
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and maintain updated job folders.
  • Communicate effectively with utility companies and other stakeholders.
  • Foster positive client relationships and maintain proactive project management.
