SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

About the Role:

The Senior Project Manager in the construction industry is responsible for overseeing and directing large-scale construction projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and risk management to successfully coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. The Senior Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, facilitating clear communication and alignment of project goals. They are accountable for maintaining compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contractual obligations while driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Ultimately, this position plays a critical role in achieving client satisfaction and contributing to the company’s reputation for excellence in construction management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
