PROJECT MANAGER
 
Metal building design, supply and erection company in the Ocala area known for outstanding service is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) projects from kickoff through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, values organization and accountability, and enjoys delivering an exceptional client experience. This position will serve as the central point of coordination across design, procurement, and field teams—ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Review project contracts, scope of work, and specifications.
  • Lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. 
  • Prepare and conduct client onboarding. 
  • Build and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and task tracking in PM software.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and field leadership to drive execution. 
  • Oversee procurement, material tracking, and site readiness. 
  • Monitor construction progress, QA/QC, and safety compliance. 
  • Provide clear, consistent updates to clients and internal stakeholders. 
  • Manage billing, pay applications, and project financials. 
  • Handle change orders, resolve issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized and detailed records for all aspects of the project (digital and hard copies).
  • Deliver complete project closeout documentation and final handoff.
  • Conduct and share post-project review and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes, SOPs, and templates. 
 QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3–7+ years of construction project management experience (PEMB or structural steel preferred but not required) 
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting 
  • Experience with project management tools (Monday.com a plus but not required) 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
